Privacy Policy
Sendora ("the App", "we", "our") is a notification-organizing application that helps you manage and view your messaging notifications in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using Sendora, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Access
With your explicit permission, Sendora uses Android's Notification Listener service to read the content of notifications posted by messaging apps you choose to monitor (for example WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and other supported apps). This may include the sender's name, message text, and the app the notification came from. Sendora does not access any other data on your device, and does not read notifications from apps you have not enabled in Settings.
2. How Your Information Is Used
All notification data captured by Sendora is used solely to display an organized, conversation-based inbox inside the App, so you can review your notifications without opening each individual messaging app. Sendora does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or analytics of any kind.
3. Local-Only Storage
Every notification Sendora captures is stored exclusively on your device, in a local, private database. Sendora has no server, uses no cloud backend, and does not transmit, upload, sync, or back up your notification data to us or to any third party. Sendora works fully offline; an internet connection is never required for the App's core functionality.
4. No Selling or Sharing of Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your notification content, contacts, or any personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party, for any purpose.
5. Permissions We Request and Why

Notification Access (
BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE): Required so Sendora can read notifications from the messaging apps you choose to monitor and build your inbox. Without this permission, Sendora cannot function. - Installed Apps (limited to a fixed list of supported messaging apps): Used only to detect which supported messaging apps are installed on your device, so you can choose which ones to monitor in Settings. Sendora does not use this to inventory or report on your other installed apps.
Sendora requests no other sensitive permissions (no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access beyond its own private app data).
6. Your Choices and Control
- You can enable or disable monitoring for each supported app individually, at any time, in Sendora's Settings.
- You can revoke Sendora's notification access permission at any time from your device's system settings; Sendora immediately stops receiving new notifications once access is revoked.
- You can delete all data stored by Sendora at any time, from within the App, by clearing the App's storage from your device's system App Info screen, or by uninstalling the App, which permanently removes its local database.
7. Data Security
Because your data never leaves your device, the primary security boundary is your device itself. We recommend securing your device with a lock screen. Sendora stores data using the operating system's standard app-private storage, which other apps cannot access without a system-level compromise of your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Sendora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data stays on-device and is never transmitted anywhere, no data about any user, including children, is ever collected by us on any server.
9. Your Rights & Changes to This Policy
Because all of your data stays on your device, you are always in full control of it — you can view, monitor, or permanently delete it at any time (see Section 6 above). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Sendora after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
